Town Bins is a directory, not a booking platform. We list 13,000+ independent haulers across the US so you can compare them side-by-side, then call or email the provider directly. If you need a dumpster urgently, skip the contact form — search your ZIP, pick a provider, and call the phone number on their listing. Most haulers can deliver next business day if you call before noon.
The information on a listing is wrong. How do I get it corrected?
Use the form above. Paste the full URL of the listing in your message and tell us what’s wrong (outdated phone number, wrong address, company closed, etc.). We verify against Google Business Profile and update listings weekly. If you are the business owner, claim the listing at /claim to edit it yourself.
I’m a dumpster rental company — how do I get listed or claim my listing?
Most US haulers are already listed. Search for your company name; if you find it, use the “Claim this listing” button to verify ownership and edit hours, services, and photos. If we don’t have you yet, submit your business at /submit-business. Basic listings are free; paid tiers unlock priority placement and lead routing — see pricing.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day (Mon–Fri, US Eastern) for everything that comes through this form. Listing corrections and claim-verification requests are usually handled same-day. Press and partnership inquiries may take 2–3 business days.
Can you recommend the cheapest hauler in my area?
We don’t rank or broker — no hauler pays us for a recommendation. The best way to find the right price is to request quotes from two or three providers in your ZIP: prices swing 30–50% between haulers for the same 20-yard dumpster depending on disposal fees at the local landfill.
