Important: Town Bins is a directory and lead generation service. We do not directly provide dumpster rental services, own or operate dumpsters, or guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of services from listed companies.

User Accounts

Currently, user accounts are not required to use most features of the Site. If we introduce user accounts in the future, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our Site:

• You understand that we do not control the pricing, availability, or quality of services offered by listed companies
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your quote request
• You understand that submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase services

Business Listings

Listing Information

Claiming Your Business

• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews and ratings for listed businesses. By submitting a review, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your review

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Town Bins and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Termination
